  • Improved process flow of components from cleanroom to autoclaves by designing and implementing new cart and track

Synergy Aircraft, Volunteer/Intern, Summers 2012-2014

  • Designed a 3D printed component incorporating the Angle of Attack ports, retractable tie down, and cargo mount

  • Performed structural analysis on main wing carbon spar utilizing MATLAB

  • Contributed to the design and fabrication of the engine’s composite cooling plenum

Stanford Solar Car Project, Composites Team Leader, 2010-2012

  • Assisted in the complete fabrication of two composite monocoque carbon fiber race car chassis

  • Responsible for acquiring necessary composite materials, including, prepreg, honeycomb cores, and bagging films

  • Raced in the American Solar Challenge 2010 (driver) and World Solar Challenge 2011(race team)

  • Designed and built several car-sized curing ovens, both electric and propane heated
