My Experience

March 11, 2024: The best value to me was Cap Score’s product. The price was average, they had more analysis types than most, seemed more evidence-based than most, and were HSA-certified. My kit is on its way!

March 15, 2024: Turns out FedEx lost my package! CapScore was super easy to deal with and gave me a QR code to reorder a new test for free.

April 9, 2024: Received the test and shipped it out the next day. Here are the results!

In talking with my urologist, she says there is really nothing for me to change that would directly and specifically address the various ‘LOW’ metrics. I already eat really healthy, exercise more and harder than most, don’t smoke, prioritize sleep, etc etc - chasing down the causes for my low stats would be medically nonsensical at this stage, meaning when I’m just measuring for curiosity’s sake. All of these metrics don’t accurately predict my ability to impregnate someone and really should only be medically assessed if I continue to fail at doing so. Despite this, I’m curious to see if or how it changes every 3 months, so will likely burn more of my HSA funds to see!
